Adding wood trim to foam edges

I’m adding wood trim to cover up the raw edges of the foam core structure.  It was going to be white like the foam but I went GOLD lol I think it looks better than white it’s not all done but you can get an idea of what I mean 😍😍😍

Dormers and details 😁

I’ve been working on the dormers for the roof section they are done except for the roof I’m waiting for the roof material to come from Greece so the dormers are just stuck in for now and will be attached when the main roof is completed but this gives you an idea of the finished product 😍

Roof updates and dormers 😀

I’ve been working on the roof of the main section of the mansion and decided to add dormers to the attic space that was created by adding the room.  I’m Not going to finish the inside of this space.  I may one day add a basement section for servants quarters and kitchen but will not utilize this floor except to house the wiring transformers.  Everything is just taped for now I’m just mocking things up.  The windows are the same stained glass windows I used in the skylights and let light threw that comes from the skylight LED lights.

Roof installation

I’ve been working on adding a roof to keep the cats off my mansion I worked out the roof for the wings and still deciding on the design for the main structure, I probably have to cover over the skylight but will add internal lights to illuminate the skylight from the outside if the roof has to cover it up.  Also adding 2 chimneys one on each side.  I’m also adding fake stone block to the outside, it’s made of  textured vinyl paper I found on eBay.  The glue for the hinges will be in tomorrow and hope to have them installed by Wednesday.   That’s why they are still covered with paper to protect them until installed. 

Last pictures before plexiglass installation

I’ve taken some updated photos of Valentine Hall I’m about to install the plexiglass panels and this is the last time I can take pictures without them and I wanted some pictures of the entire house I used different lighting in the pictures to see what works the best so enjoy 😍
