3rd section of 3 rooms

The first two room I completed were built as single rooms and sections of the house the next 3 room were built all at once and assembled as one section of the house the next section I build will be a mirror image of this section.  This third section contains the gentlemen’s Egyptian smoking room,  the gentlemen’s bedroom and the guest bedroom I will feature each room in its own post.  This section is 13” wide 28” deep and 40” high.

2nd section the ballroom

This is the second room and section I completed and has frescos on the ceiling and has gold bespaq furniture and a large Getzan chandelier the angels on top of the columns are actually for wedding cakes  this is the largest room in the house it’s 18” wide  x 32” deep and 16” high it has two openings that lead to the music room this room would be used for large dinners and parties and of course for ballroom dancing.

1st section the library and billiard room

This is the first room and section I completed and features Bespaq built-ins and has a Getzan chandelier and has a miniature freize above the stairs.  The library has lots of shelves for books and collectibles.   The room also contains a billiard table and a chess table to entertain guests.  The columns that divide the space are Wilton cake columns made of plastic faux finished to look like marble.  All the architectural elements are painted gold with acrylic paint.  This section is 18” wide 32” deep and 16” high.

Blueprints and construction of the structure

I started plans a few years ago and changed them many many times  but am happy with the way it turned out. I am building it out of foamcore not wood here are some pictures of the plans and house.  The house is in 7 sections that way I can move it if needed .  It’s a huge house it’s 10 ft long 3 ft high and 3 ft deep.  The first floor is 14” high except the library and ballroom they are 16” the second floor is 14” high and the third floor is 11” high.
