Children’s theater room
Children can play or be entertained in this room while their parents attend dinners and parties there is a stage and velvet curtains and has led lights to light up behind the curtains I will eventually add lit wall sconces above the chairs on either side of the room, no chandelier for this room. on the mantle is an artist made miniature theater. This room is 13” wide 32” deep and 11” high

ReplyDeleteThis is such a clever room! I love the idea of a full size theater for the children. It is a fun room and beautifully finished. I especially like the paper you used on the ceiling...the pattern is lovely and perfect for a plaster ceiling effect. I also must say that you used the cake columns throughout the house beautifully. I very much like the overmantel detail and the arch over the organ.

Thanks again I was originally going to do a day and night nursery but the rooms are so large I decided to do the theater room instead, the backdrop behind the curtains is just a wallpaper border I thought looked nice.
